We are three girls and a teacher (Margrethe Rudjord, Hege Johansen, Margunn Lende and Gunne Dolve) from the second year of the aesthetic studies at our school. The group is going to make a sculpture/relief in glass and steel on a wall of Gangnesgarden, an apartment building in the centre of Mysen.

We are cooperating with Eero Rass, an artist from Cesis, Latvia. We had a meeting with Eero Rass during the youth exchange with Cesis in September in Østfold. Since then we have communicated with him over e-mail and fax.

To finance our project we went to the local newspaper to get sponsorship, and to tell what we are planning to do in Mysen.

We are also working with at plan to make a sculpture in a new projected roundabout in Bergerkrysset, Mysen.

In this projects we have a good cooperation with the local community, the mayor and other representatives from the municipality, and also with "Mysenbyen AS", (a collaboration when it comes to trade and industry in Mysen town).
