Coordinators are authorized to publish articles on the PIPE website. 2003-02-06
As from week 7, 2003, all coordinators will be authorized to publish articles directly on to the PIPE website. All published material must be in English.

The project management has sent an e-mail to all coordinators on February 6th 2003 to describe the procedure how to get access to the website as a contributor. Further instructions will be given in the course of week 7, 2003.
