09:00   "The Quality reform" in Norway - a new educational framework

by representative from the Ministry of Education or the "Quality reform Committe"

10:00   How is entrepreneurship included in the swedish and finnish education at the upper secondary level, by key note speakers

11:00   Coffee break

11:30   National Education policy in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Russia related to innovation and entrepreneurship by key note  speakers from national level

13:00   Lunch break

14:00   Reflections about how the PIPE consept could be incuded in the curricullum

Key questions for plenary discussion:
- How flexible are the schools plans to implement new creative methodology ?

            - Where are the obstacles and how can we deal with them ?

Saturday 18. October           

09:00   How can the Municipalities and regions benefit from PIPE ?

• Representative from Estonia
• Rita Merca, deputy chief executive in Cesis district council
• Erling Charles Olsen, senior expert and former head of education in Østfold county council

Participation:

The project have a budget that will cover travel and accommodation for in average 3-4 persons from each region included the co-ordinator.
