Youngs are the future, right? Soon it's our turn to take the control. That's what PIPE is about. A part of Pipe-projects meaning is to courage and activate yougs to participate and effect in social matters. Youthcouncils give youngs a straight way to effect in decision making in their home counties. But it's not all about politics. It's also about yougs. How to get the yougs to stay in their home towns or villages. Always there's no possibility to stay in your home area, because of a lack of highschools or universities. Youngs are the ones who can make the change. Pipe-project gives a possibility to act. It's not enough if adults just listen to yougs, they have to give youngs a chance. A chance for good ideas and not so good ideas. Like Flaaten ( the local politician ) said in Kirkenes Pipe- youth conference: "If youngs face recistence, thay are on a right tracks!"
