Rune Vold talked about what kind of rights students have at upper secondary school. He mentioned students rights when it comes to involvement of using pedagogical methods, planning of a school year etc. Rune was also remaining the students of their rights when it comes to psychical and physical environment.

Erling Ch. Olsen talked about future charters in the region and the future charter for Østfold County Council.

The County Councils in Norway are responsible for the offers in and running of the upper secondary schools and colleges. They are also responsible for public communications. Today's meeting had a focus at youngsters opinions when it comes to concrete plans for Østfold County Council and will end up as a action plan for the County Council.
