Kirkenes should have a TVIBIT club !
 - We would like to have a TVIBIT club for youths in Kirkenes, says Kyrre Martila from PIPE. Last Friday was PIPE, the children and youth committe and representatives from Sør-Varanger Municipality and Finnmark county council at a studytrip to the youth house called TVIBIT in Tromsø. Tromsø is the capital of the Northern part of Norway, a university town with 60.000 inhabitants. The whole press release can be read in Norwegian only.

PIPE-youths in Kirkenes invited to art-seminar
 The PIPE youths at Kirkenes upper secondary school have been invited to participate at an exciting art-seminar in Kirkenes this month. The seminar is named "The world`s most northern railway, Kirkenes" and will be held in the old railway houses on the hill above the city.
