We started the day with the video made in Alytus at the regional identity conference in May 2003. It was a very good and informative video, and it seemed like it motivated the young people. After the video our project manager Alf Johansen gave us information about the project. Then the young people informed us about how they had been working with Pipe and what they had done in period 1 and 2. It was representatives from both WP1 and WP2.

On behalf of Spydeberg, Askim and Eidsberg municipality the Mayor of Eidsberg Municipality, Knut J. Herland, talked about which meaning the Pipe project had and have for the youths in our municipalities. He said that youths are very important inhabitants in the community and within the Pipe project we had to co-operate and communicate with each other.

The last part of the day I presented the future charter for the tree municipalities and talked about how to work with this and that the future charter should end with a concrete action plan in end of period 3. At last Alf Johansen presented the Pipe awards for the final Expo in Sweden.
