Alf S. Johansen is visiting Rovaniemi from February 6th to 8th with representatives from Murmansk, Russia and Karlsborg Sweden. The expected outcome from this meeting is to look into the possibility of establishing a Tacis project between Karlsborg and Murmansk.

Bjørn R. Opjordsmoen is visiting Rovaniemi from February 26th to March 1st together with Trine Moe Stokstad from Østfold county. The agenda will include meetings with the local coordinator in Rovaniemi, Anne Luiro, and also meetings with representatives from the schools which are taking part in the PIPE-project.
