prize. Mona Sandem Fjeld
She has worked
hard and enthusiastic within her local community. She has proved that she has a
clearunderstanding of the main ideas behind PIPE and has demonstrated an
interest for the methodology. She has contributed cross-border, even been
used as an expert in another country.
She has presented PIPE to
other organisations, like the Rotary Club.She has been a quite active
userof the PIPE website.




2. prize. Mindaugas
Budra
H e has been one of the key persons at the
international events, even from the very beginning.
He already was a
natural leader before PIPE started, but he has developed his skills and is an
outstanding
example of other youths and adults about community spirit.He has presented the PIPE project in the local council and
has been an active contributor to dissemination of PIPE by the use of the PIPE
website
and local
media.

1. prize. Edgars
Vimba
He has been
central in the project since the Kick-off conference in Tallinn.He has
demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, the ability of hard work. He is very
serious about the job he is doing inside PIPE and has been the most active
student in using the PIPE website. A whole range of articles
has been produced
for our website.He has been central in the
local project, in the Steering Committee
and in many international events.He is regarded as the most outstanding individual
contributor to PIPE. He has
been the prince of PIPE. Tonight he will be the King of PIPE
!
