Fantastic
experience
Youth
exchange was a really fantastic experience. It was so cool to meet PIPE youths
from other countries and to discuss with them.
We heard
what they have done in their own cities or towns during the PIPE project. All
presentated their results of Future Workshop.
We had
interesting lectures about entrepreneuship, participation, identity and EU
enlargement. After them we usually had groupwork. In groups we discussed about
our opinions as youths. We also made own plans of topics of the lectures.
The
programme was really well arranged. Action was interesting, and sightseeing
tours organized by youths in schools and in other places were great fun. We
also visited some companies, for example in APT (Automation, Presses &
Tooling). Those visits weren't so interesting, but maybe they were
important.
We had
trips to other places like to the ghost house of Torpa. We also went to
Gothenburg. There we visited in Universeum, Liseberg and also had a tour with
Paddan Boats. It was good that we also had little bit free time, because the
schedule was tight.
During the
youth exchange we accomodated in swedish families. I think it was good, because
there we could get to know better each other and talk a foreign language. During
the week we usually spoke English, but also Swedish with swedish youths.
Sometimes it was hard to speak a foreign language, but we could understand each
other.
The
experience in Sweden was excellent. People were lovely and Tranemo was a
beautiful place.
