Monday 31 March we had a "get-together" and "ice-breaking" arrangement at Friendly Appeal Cesis State Grammar School. The students in Cesis had different games and some refreshments were served.

Tuesday 1 April the official program started at Cesis City Council. Mr. Janis Rozenbergs had a good presentation of Cesis. Then the students from Cesis and Østfold had some presentations of their expectations to the Pipe-project and what have been done so far in the project.

After lunch the students were divided into 3 groups. One group had their focus on "entrepreneurship with emphasis on tourism and culture. Group nr. 2 had their focus on "democracy" and the third group were a documentation group.

After lunch Tuesday and Wedensday the students did the "field work". We also visited 3 enterprises in Cesis Wedensday morning.

Thursday the groups made their presentations and then we had reflections and discussions with the groups. The students had very good presentations.

Friday morning the norwegians students went by bus to Tallinn, boat to Stockholm and bus to Øsfold. We arrived Østfold Saturday evening.
